Our culture is reflected by our mission
statements. We are a hard working determined
group of professionals, especially concerned
with ensuring the change we create is
positive.
AHC maintains a decentralized regional
organization structure based on
collaborative management philosophy, which
enables us to meet our management mission
statement objectives. All managers are
expected to participate in the overall
planning and corporate development process.
The management structure consists of seven
(7) departments; Project Management, Quality
Assurance & Quality Control, Health Safety &
Environment, Finance & Accounting,
Administration, Equipment & Facilities
Maintenance and Engineering, which includes
Estimation, Procurement, Purchasing &
Project Controls.
Each Department manager is considered a
leader and expected to provide vision and
resources to their respective department
employees. We firmly believe in an inverted
pyramid structure for the company
organization. This belief establishes the
manager’s responsibility to ensure that all
employees within their department have the
necessary resources to accomplish their
tasks within the shortest time possible.
Our core business is built on establishing
and maintaining long-term relationships with
our clients and striving to provide the
highest quality construction services. Based
on client feedback, Al-Hammam forms
continuous improvement process (CIP) teams
and reviews internal business practices. Our
responsiveness to performance issues is a
key component to Al-Hammam's business model.
Site-specific quality plan is prepared. The
plan identifies critical construction
activities, associated measurable attributes
and assigned responsibilities for
verification of these attributes throughout
the project. This plan is reviewed with the
owner’s team to assure that the expectations
of all parties are satisfied prior to
initiating site construction activities.
